The oven is built with stainless steel front, top, and sides; dual pane thermal glass in stainless frames; an ergonomic curved aluminum simultaneous-operation handle; a triple-mounted pressure lock door with turnbuckle; a modular slide-out control panel; full mineral fiber insulation; a full angle-iron frame; an easy-clean oleophobic 14-gauge liner; an aluminized steel combustion chamber; a dual-inlet blower wheel; and five chrome racks with eleven positions.
